Uncomplicated but delicious, Gran Cerdo is a highly approachable natural wine. It is very lightly funky, fresh and fruity, and perfect for putting away a few bottles with friends over snacks or tapas. Approximately 80% Viura, with the remaining 20% a myriad of other grapes including Gruner Veltliner and Macabeo. Serve well chilled.
