A magical blend of Tapatio Blanco tequila with a dash of smoky mescal, probiotic pineapple, turmeric & ginger drinking vinegar, lightly fermented sparkling pineapple with TINY lively bubbles, gorse flowers for their fresh green pea quality, kampura leaf and lemongrass bitters.

"The kampura came into my other world when one of our Sri Lankan Tamil clients brought us a cutting from their temple. Now we have these plants in all of our therapy rooms. It grows in everyone’s garden back home, is eaten by the handful and has ayurvedic properties that I don’t understand. It has a strong aromatic swish and looks like a member of the mint family but it’s taste is beyond the words I have. Sometimes things just taste like themselves.
I like the contrast of locally picked flowers and herbs with exotic faraway tastes. I’ve called it Little Darling- it really has been the longest loneliest winter for so many of us. "
