This bitter Seville orange marmalade is enhanced by the sour flavour of wild sloes, resulting in a complex wild flavour for a royal marmalade.
Use to glaze ham or adding to gravy for roast duck, pork or game. Excellent in gin cocktails too.
Ingredients: Sugar, Seville orange (26.3%), Sloes (12.6%), Lemons. May contain occasional fruit stones.
